Dear Nola,
Gerald was a very special and important influence in our son, Tim's life way back in Billy's baseball days. We will never forget the "secret" play called "blue". The team waited for just the right moment to use it, and it worked! We still talk about it from time to time and think about Coach Reese with thankfulness.
I cut out the obituary and sent it to Tim..he lives in Justin, Tx, not far from Billy. He appreciated getting the news.
You both have left a wonderful legacy behind in more lives than just ours.
