Dear precious Reese Family; It is difficult to believe that Sonny has left us and gone to be with Bobbie and His Saviour. Sonny was such a great neighbor - he always loved to joke about our dogs and just how fast they could run - he was a great historian for the Gum Springs Community and was so interesting to listen to. Family, what a wonderful man, Christian, and friend was Mr. Sonny. He was my dad's best friend and always viewed him like a brother. They were that close. Our family can never forget the love, caring and kindness he and Bobbie always had and expressed toward our family. There is nothing that he wouldn't do for you. We will really miss him, but we know he is now with his Jesus and reunited with his beloved Bobbie and with my mom and dad, who loved both of them so much. I know they're really rejoicing to see him once again. You've lost a dear loved one, but really you haven't lost him. Isn't it a joy to know that, as Christians, we will see our dear Sonny again. From my earliest remembrances, any family gathering, Mr Sonny and Miss Bobbie were in them. I think I was 10-11 before I realized they weren't actually "related" to my us. We Hudman girls all loved them dearly and count ourselves blessed to have had them in our lives. Words cannot express the sadness I feel with them gone, but I am so glad they both knew Jesus Christ and are reunited now in eternity.
