Eva Lee Mull Palachek
Funeral services for Eva L. Palachek, 89, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 9, 2010 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview with Dr. W. D. ?Bill? O?Neal and Reverend John Woodard officiating. Entombment will follow in Rosewood Park Mausoleum. She passed away Saturday, November 6, 2010 in Houston.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Rader Chapel prior to the service.
Mrs. Palachek was born June 19, 1921 in New Orleans, LA. She was a homemaker and a member of the Centre Presbyterian Church, Elderville. She served the Lord along side her husband for over 50 years in numerous churches throughout southern Louisiana and Texas. After her husband?s death in 1996, she continued to serve Him.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Joe Palachek; parents, Henry and Beulah Mull; brothers, Raymond, Charles, Henry and Elbert; and her sister, Margaretha.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Dr. Albert D. H. Palachek, wife Diane and granddaughters, Maggie and Merry Faith of Brighton, Co.; daughter, Barbara Jax and husband Jay of Houston; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family; as well a host of life long friends.
