I just learned today of Ms Mabes passing, I didn't know her like her family did, but she was always a great friend with great advice and she was always like a second Grandma to me. I worked on her sprinklers for a really long time and I always looked forward to going to her house and visiting with her and her dogs and getting the scoop on all the latest happenings. She would share memories of when my dad first started fixing her sprinklers years before and what lake Cherokee looked like years ago when they moved out and she would always share stories of her and her husband's trips. I miss her!

It is very sad to hear of Ernie’s passing. Ernie had so many great qualities about her. I will always remember the fun times at her & Cecil’s home, the Gin Rummy card games, going to the Casino boat in Shreveport to hear Willie Nelson, and the best was going to Hot Springs, Ak with her and my Mom. We had the best time together. She will be dearly missed. Our family loved her so much.😘♥️
