Rip gave me my 1st job. I worked for him when I was about 14 years old at Pick-up Groceries in Grand Prairie Tx in 1975. He set the bar mighty high for all the rest of my bosses right up until this very day. I really liked him and I wish we would have kept in touch over the years.
