Prayerful thoughts to family and friends. Bill Sharp
So sorry to hear of Elton's passing. I worked very close with Elton at Eastman for many years. When there was a problem Elton was the go too guy. Always willing to help. I remember Elton getting us tickets to a Aggie game several years ago. He loved to talk Aggie football. Elton was a true friend and will be greatly missed. Praying for the Simpson family.

I worked with Elton for many years while at Eastman in Longview. Yvonne and I would like to express our condolences to his family. Elton was one of the nicest people we have met, and he will be greatly missed. We ran into him a few years ago accidentally at Bodacious downtown, and he mentioned how proud he was of his son, Christopher who was working at the hospital at the time. We enjoyed the brief interaction with him, and it reminded me that Elton was always willing to help wherever needed, and I don't think he ever met a stranger because of his giving spirit. We will miss him.

Stancy, I’m just heartbroken for you and Chris. Elton is truly one of the finest men I have ever known. I hope with time, your memories bring smiles and healing. You are loved by so many and please lean on them for strength and comfort.
Stancy, just heard and can't believe it. Elton is such a part of our memories of Longview. Elton was always there for Lisa when I was out of town and inevitably something would break around the house. Our time working together in the basement are some of my fondest memories and a tutorial of how to work hard, but have a "ton" of fun doing so. And our El"ton" was always in the middle of the fun. Our prayers for you and the family.
