dear pet,phillip,maria and vicki you will never know the joy that doc brought in to my life. he kept me going when i was going thru all of the test and stuck with me. i have many fond memories and really great laughs in my heart that always came up with the horses and on the polo field. i know he will be missed greatly by everyone but he is riding with the angels now. my prayers of comfort will forever be in my heart toward your family. love, v.##imported-begin##vesha and roy miller##imported-end##

My heart just aches for your loss, but I also know that you are so grateful for the special relationship you had with such a wonderful child of God.

Ben was a work in progress, as we all are. He loved being a husband, a father, and a caring physician. How fortunate you were, and how sad you are. How I wish I could make your pain go away.

Dear Mrs. Guerra, Phillip, Maria and Vick-
I can't possibly put into words how truly saddened I am at the loss of Dr. G. He was such a wonderful man and I feel blessed to have been able to grow close to such a loving family as yours. Every time I was around Dr. Guerra, he always made me feel like I was welcome in your home, whether it be by a corny joke, a warm smile, or simply by calling me "Chels." I'll never forget the lectures directed specifically at me on driving safety or the times he came to our class to teach us about the brain. I could never tell you how much I appreciate him for being there for my mom after her car wreck. You can't possibly imagine the comfort it was to me and my entire family knowing someone I trusted and respected so deeply was watching over her. I want to thank Dr. Guerra, and the rest of you, for allowing me to grow up with your family. I love you all, and my thoughts and prayers are always with you.

I have been a nurse at Longview Regional for 13 years and had many occasions to work with Dr. Guerra and want to share what an enjoyable person he was--ever the gentleman and always had a beautiful smile for everyone.
