I just read about aunt bo's passing while reading the newspaper online, and so sorry I could not make it to the funeral. I thought about Aunt Bo alot when I moved from henderson. I remember going and sitting with her at the VFW with her and my mom yvonne and then when my mom passed I would still go and sit and dance with her. She treated me like one of her own kids, She was a loving and caring lady, and truly will be missed by others. My prayers are with yall doing this time. Sherry, Debra, and all... We just got back online after power outages all weekend. Since we don't get a home delivered paper, we always read the "daily news" online..and are especially sorry today that we didn't get a paper, because, we hope you know, that if we had any timely notice, we would've been with y'all at visitation and services for Doris.
Without a doubt, one of our favorite people in the world, and we will have a large empty place in our hearts now that she's gone on.
Please tell all the kids..and others who might know us, that we extend our most heartfelt condolences for your loss.
