Donald L. Buzbee's Obituary
Funeral services for Donald L. Buzbee, 79, of Mt. Enterprise will be held at 1:00p.m. Saturday Dec. 14, 2013 at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Henderson with family, friends and Rev. W. N. Otwell officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Heights Cemetery. Mr. Buzbee passed away Dec. 9, 2013.
Donald Buzbee was born January 8, 1934 to Crawford Lafayette and Addie B. Buzbee in Alexander City, Alabama. He lived in Houston from 1948 until 2009. Donald married his wife Debra J. Buzbee on April 30, 1976. He was well educated, enjoyed preaching, traveling and charity work. He taught his boys to fish and loved his family.
Mr. Buzbee was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Horace H. Buzbee.
Survivors include his wife Debra J., his sons; Adam Buzbee and wife Faith, Micah Buzbee, Ira “Ike” Quin Buzbee and wife Shirley, daughter; Pamela Dian Bruner & husband Ted, sisters; Cathryn Hammack, Joyce Crumley, Debra Sue Williams, Jeany Pilgreen, brother; Rex C. Buzbee, grandchildren; Elizabeth, Charles, Martin, Rachel, A.J., Luke and Anna. Also surviving is a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Pallbearers will be; Troy Runquist, Danny Mayon, Kieth Payne, Eugene Ruiz, Martin Luna and John Moore.
Honorary pallbearers will be Marvin Coleman, A.J., Micah Jeremiah.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-4p.m. Friday.
