David will be missed dearly.
There were always deep compassion and love for everything he did in life. I remember the night he took me to meet his mother Margarette. David was so excited getting ready to go off to Texas A&M for another year. He always told me he was going to be a doctor. He set his goals high.
David loved coming home and working on the farm. He loved his family so terribly much! His face always lit up when talking of his mother and his smile lit up the room with his presence. He was a loving kind christian man. David loved watching all the James Bond movies and eating popcorn. One of his favorites besides pizza. Oh and Johnny Cases seafood in Longview. David enjoyed life.
David went to do his internship in Dallas a few years later. We lost touch shortly after. He wanted to totally concentrate on his work. He became a great surgeon.
God sent us on different paths in life. His smile and memories will always be with me.
My heart is broken tonight for I will never get to see his beautiful blue eyes and his smile again.
We can cherish and share the memories to carry us thru and we can enjoy one moment at a time. God blessed us with David for a short while but the memories are in our hearts and souls forever.
My sincere love and prayers go out to his family and children. May God keep you till you see his smelling face again on one fine day.

Our sincerest sadness to hear of his passing. Early in our lives he was a great friend, but lost contact after he went to A & M. We had great fun going to see Neil Diamond and B. J. Thomas at TJC. Great memories of young man who went on to greatness in the medical field. Our condolences to his family. --Nadra & Charles Louderman, Sr. , Mineola, Tx.
Dr. Sadler and Chastin removed part of my dad's lung in June 1994. I'll never forget the compassion that he showed to my dad, brothers, and myself. He told my dad's wife that he wanted to talked to talk to his children - he meet with us and explained the surgery, probable outcome, and asked if we had any questions. I really appreciated the fact that he took time to meet with us - it meant so much to my brother and myself.
Dr. Sadler did surgery on my husband in2000. I saved his life and his heart has given him no trouble ever since. My heart goes out to his family. He was taken way too early.
Prayers for you all.

he said "I put on Bob Segar and Jackson Browne to listen to while I do your surgery",I expect you to be up and dancing soon.....you'll have more than you need with just one lung...." That was his attitude toward me loosing a lung to cancer,he was such an easy person and he was soooo right with my diagnoses. On june 5th ,I was kicked out of Texas Oncology, told to never show up again....I am cancer free!!! He will be greatly missed, but these "life stories" will go on and on..........

I am so sorry for your loss. Please accept my sincere condolences. Having a loved one pass away is one of the hardest things we have to deal with in life. Please be assured that God does care and will remember your loved one. In times like these I find comfort from God's word the Bible. Revelation 21:4 is particularly soothing where God says "he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." Please remember and cherish the memories of your dear loved one and look forward to the time when death will be a thing of the past- just as God has promised.
