Darlette McCain Saxon, 87, passed away peacfully on August 6th. She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Milton Saxon, and her dear brother Jim McCain (Betty) of Calallen, Texas. Also surviving are daughters Tana Shipman Read Obituary

I always remember doing things with the Saxons as I was growing up in San Perlita, Texas. We always had fun at their house or when they were at our house. There were 4 kids in my family and 4 in theirs.
We picked cotton, climbed trees, and played kick the can many times. Although I haven't seen you in years, I think of you often and cherish memories from those days.
Skookie texted me about your mom. I'm so sorry to hear the news. It's a sad time for your family.
