Praying for your family! I have know Chuck since I was a little girl. My sister Tonya Crisp was best friends with his brother Eston and her and Chuck were good friends too. They were in choir together and worked at Walmart together. He and his family were so loving and would welcome us over anytime! Chuck was always up to give a hug and make someone laugh. He sang beautifully. I remember him singing Champion of Love. Later, I went to school with Cathy and we stayed in contact even more while I was at Jacksonville College. He loved to hunt and fish and loved his family and children so much! He hasn’t had an easy road, but I am so thankful he found love again with you Lisa! To know Chuck was to know he loved the Lord, the outdoors, sports and his family! You will be missed, and thank you for making my life brighter. Jennifer Crisp Ford and family
Chuck and I sang together in the Quartet at Jacksonville College. Our paths continued to cross after college as we both were in youth ministry and music ministry. We would meet up occasionally for lunch or we would text / DM each other to poke fun at someone or something.
He loved to laugh. He loved to joke. He was also very interested in what was going on with the person across the table from him. He was a sincere, loving, stand up guy.
Chuck, you will be missed my friend. Your health struggles are permanently over now and you are completely and fully healed. We’ll see you again some day. Thank you for your friendship.
