Charles was one of the most consistent serving, kind, and encouraging friends we have ever known. OHBC met the fellowship and spiritual needs of many people through him...we were certainly uplifted every time he greeted us or served together. Charles will be remembered as part of the steady foundation of OHBC and of his family. His love for Christ and for Kathryn stood tall for all to see. God used him mightily. We will miss him.

"Service with a smile!" That's what I remember about Charles. Immediately after joining Oakland Heights, Charles took charge of putting together and delivering a semi-truck load of disaster relief items gathered by our church members to FBC Moore, OK following the massive tornado there. He was a servant leader in everything in which he was a part. But mostly, he was a joyful person who loved people. He is much loved and will be missed by everyone who had the great fortune of knowing him. Love to you all. ❤️ Marine
