Funeral services for Charles Porter Brandon, 97, of Longview, will be 2 PM Monday at Trinity Episcopal Church with Reverend Milton Black officiating. Entombment will follow in Rosewood Park Mausoleum under the direction of Rader F Read Obituary
Uncle Porter has been a devoted husband, friend and such a gentleman. He was always quick with a gentle joke. And, to me, he was a true Southern gentleman. Our families, Wilkes and Brandon's, were friends for over sixty years, going back to the old days in Wichita Falls.
I will miss you terribly...
