Birth date: Jul 9, 1943 Death date: May 16, 2015
Our Heavenly Father welcomed home his faithful servant, Charles Jerry Eady, 71, of Longview, on Saturday, May 16, 2015. Jerry was born July 9, 1943 in Heard Co., GA. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 53 years, Mary Read Obituary

To Mary and family:
Our sincere prayers are with each of you as we'll miss Jerry so much around the old car world. We always enjoyed visiting with you and him while in the 'ol 1957 Chevy Pickup, which was beautiful. Also when Jerry would come out to our shop and we'd talk about our precious Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ - oh my, how he was such a witness to one and all for Jesus and His Salvation! Our comfort is KNOWING where Jerry is today, he's "dancing around Jesus' throne", praise the Lord! We love you and yours, with deepest sympathy, Keith and Donna Blanton, White Oak

God called such a beautiful servant to be with him in his eternal home. The love that Jerry brought to all of you did not leave, for the essence of the soul lingers. They cannot escape your hearts, for it will always be there. You were blessed to have such a precious gift of love in your life. Cling to the memories of him and let them find their way to heal you all.

So very sorry to hear about Jerry's passing. He was always wearing a smile and in good spirits. He was proud to be Paw Paw, speaking often of his time with his grand children.
May God bring peace and comfort to his wife, Ms. Mary, and his children at this time.
