Charles Allen Packard's Obituary
Funeral services for Charles Allen Packard, age 53 of Henderson, will be held Thursday December 27, 2012 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home with Rev. Mackey Buchanan and Jim Glosson officiating. Burial will follow in the Moyers Cemetery.
Mr. Packard died Monday December 24, 2012 at his residence.
He was born August 24, 1959 in Houston to Jesse and Lucille Virginia Packard, and was an E & I superintendent for Temple Inland..
Charles was preceded in death by his father Jesse Packard and brother Howard W. Packard.
He is survived by his wife Phyllis Packard of Henderson, mother Lucille Packard of Laneville, sisters Debbie Lansford & husband Mike of Porter, and Sue Boger & husband Brad of Palestine, step daughter Connie Wade & husband Randy of Henderson, step son
Eddie Matheny & wife Stacey of Goodsprings. Several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be David Whitehead, Bryan Lansford, Brad Boger, Tom Ball, Dustin Travis, Carl Dykes. Honorary pallbearers will be employees of Sheldon Paper Mill and Temple Inland Mill.
Visitation will be from 5pm until 7pm at the Funeral Home.
