Charlie was also my neighbor. Him and his brother Howard, also with God, were a blast to grow up with. My heart is saden with him departing but I know his soul is celebrating with his brother, Howard. My blessing of love, god's holy blessings, go to all those who loved charlie, and my special prayers to Suezy, Debbie, Charlie's wife, and the mother who raised a perfect gentlemen and good friend, Mrs. Packard.
