Carroll Leo Hart's Obituary
Carroll Leo Hart, 84, went home to the Lord on Friday, November 29, 2013. He was born to Artie and Carroll Hart on August 8, 1929 in Gilmer Texas.
He Graduated from Longview High School in 1948. After graduation he continued working for the Longview News Journal selling newspapers on the street advancing to retail advertising, where he retired after 50 years.
He married his best friend Eva Jo Seals and made Longview their home. He loved to go to his farm to take care of his cows and visit with his many friends that stopped by. Mr. Hart is proceeded in passing by his beloved wife, Eva Jo and son, Robert.
He is survived by his daughter Cyndi Summy and her husband Chris; brother Charles Hart of Longview; Grandchildren Christina Hart, Ashley Bright and her husband Cody, and Robert Hart and his wife Sonni; along with five great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends 5pm to 7pm on Monday December 2, 2013 at Rader Funeral Home in Longview. Graveside Services will be 2pm Tuesday December 3, 2013 in mausoleum at Rosewood Park.
The family wishes to thank Tamara Pipkin and the nursing staff of ICU at Good Shepherd Hospital.
