Funeral services for Brenda K. Vanderpool, 58, of Longview will be held at 4 p.m. Monday, September 24, 2007 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home, Longview with the Reverend Thomas Ayres officiating. Burial will be in Rosewood Park under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. She passed away Saturday evening in a Longview hospital.
Mrs. Vanderpool was born April 9, 1949 in San Angelo, Texas to T. G., Jr. and Glen Dora Sexton, and had been a resident of Longview for the past 31 years. She was a former full charge bookkeeper for Texas National Bank and was a member of Oakland Heights Baptist Church, Longview.
She was preceded in death by her father, T. G. Sexton, Jr.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Art Vanderpool of Longview; son, Michael Allen Vanderpool and wife Michelle of Longview; mother, Glen Sexton of ?The Sexton Ranch? in Anderson, Texas; sister, Regina Barton and husband Mike of Midland, Texas; brother, Tira G. Sexton, III and wife Renda of Anderson, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Richard Winchester, David Carter, Jason Barber, Phil Cole, Ron Reed and Scott Branch.
