Funeral services for Billy Ray Counts, 56, of Longview, will be 10 AM Friday in the Rader Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Norman Miller and Bro. Tim Gibbs officiating. Interment will be in the Arbala Cemetery, Yantis, Texas at 1 PM Read Obituary

I did not know Billy very well but I am offering my condolences to you at this time. I pray that God will hold you in his arms and comfort you as only he can do.
Billy came in our office the other day when he was feeling bad here in Jacksonville. That is the first time that I had talked to him.
