Billy Payne was a member of U.S. Air Force Security Service USAFSS, and served with that Command?s 6924th Security Squadron at Da Nang Air Base, South Viet Nam, during 1968-69. The members of the 6924th Heritage Association feel the loss of each of our Brothers deeply, and offer our sincerest condolences to Mrs. Payne, and all Billy?s family and friends.
