We were saddened to read of the passing of David. He was one of the finest and most caring individuals I have known. We worked together at Buckner Children and Family Services when he was working to earn his master's degree and he was the photographer for my daughter's wedding in 1996. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I am in such disbelief to hear of David's passing. I have known David only a year, but from the moment I met him I saw that he was a devout Christian, husband and father. I worked with David in passing at the hospital. He was truly a wonderful man and it was always a pleasure to visit with him. He displayed such love and compassion about his work and he adored his family. I remember how his eyes lit up on our last visit as he spoke about Michael going to football camp. I feel your loss and am so sorry. What a grand man! What a positive influence on so many lives. What a faithful family. Thank you for sharing your lives with us. It's an honor to call "Billy D" our friend. From the early years of "Marty, get out of here!!!" and, from the kitchen hearing, "MARTIN LEE!!!!" to calling him just last week to get advice and help for an aging parent. So much happens in just 24 hours.... He will be truly missed!

First met him about a year before we both started kindergarten together and then on to cub scouts, then graduation and then even working together at stemco mfg sometime after that.
