Beverly Perkins Matzig Beverly Matzig passed away at her home in Cedar Hill, Texas with her husband of 59 years, Bob Matzig at her side on July 27, 2013 at the age of 81. Beverly was born December 29, 1932 as the eldest child of A Read Obituary

So much so that she was a twiler through high school and her own daughter was in her drill team at Crockett HS in Austin and later a Texas State Strutter. In her steadfast way, her dance studio became a cornerstone in the lives of many young women, and even a few young men. It was certainly the first introduction into the French language, an opportunity to learn the importance of performance and a chance to experience creativity. Bravo, Beverly.
