Barbara Ann Springer's Obituary
Barbara Ann Springer “MiMi”, 62, was born on January 27, 1955 in Dallas, TX and passed away from this life peacefully at home.
Barbara graduated from Lee College in Baytown, TX with her a degree in nursing at the age of 40, after raising her daughter Nicole. She was the oldest graduate in the class. She was a dedicated registered nurse who found so much fulfillment and passion in the field of nursing. She was a devoted member of Mobberly Baptist Church where she served in the ‘Women in Need Ministry’ and also headed the prison team. She loved serving the Lord and others, she also loved to cook. But maybe more than anything she loved being was a very dedicated MiMi. She was the best MiMi in the world and she would truly do anything for anybody.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Walt and Pat Hale.
She is survived by her daughter, Nicole Springer and Granddaughter, Jalissa Chavez. Sister, Ellen Bergd and Fiancé, Mike Rouse, brother, David Hale and Husband, Russ Wyland. She is also survived by nieces; Heather Gorman and Kristen Paine, and nephews; Aaron and Jordan Berg, along with many more nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services for Barbara will be held at Mobberly Baptist Church on Saturday, August 26th, 2017 at 1 p.m. with a visitation at the church being held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Smyrna Cemetery in Diana, TX, all are welcome to join.
Pallbearers for Barbara will be, Matt Darby, Rasheen Lewis, Matthew Springer, Christopher Grey, Raymond Grey, David Curtis, Lynda Eaton and Steve Sanders.
