I really got to know Miss Shirey being her favorite aid. I would come into work in the mornings and if I was not actually working and up there visiting she would see me from across the room and she would start wiggling her finger and smiling and laughing at me. She was such a delight I absolutely loved and looked forward to taking care of her every single day that I could. I'm so glad to have truly gotten to know this lady. I let her know every day that she was loved and it really means a lot to me to know that my name is in her obituary. I am Rebecca jacks I work for Arbor Grace nursing home and because of situations like this I absolutely love my job. I am forever grateful for the kind and acceptance of her and her family and the time of need. My thoughts and prayers are always with y'all and I wish nothing but the greatest and the best God bless everyone.
