I met Ms. Barbara A few years before her passing at the Sam's Club jewelry counter, one of her rings had been stolen and she was getting a replacement. She was so upset over it she had a hard time finding the right one. While we talked she told me how much she liked my little silver frog ring and went on to tell me how much she liked and collected frogs. I fell in love with this very nice and funny lady, I was having a bad day and she made me smile with her stories, so I let her have my little ring. She wouldn't have it but I insisted and told her to leave it to me I'm her will 😊 so she put it on and told me she would and that I made her day (not as much as she did mine) A day later I was handed a card by her daughter, she said her mom was very happy with her little ring and had sent me a card she had written in herself. My heart runneth over when I opened it and in it was the most beautifully shaken handwritten words of gratitude I've ever seen. Time went on and I never saw her again, on occacion I find her card and I smile. This is the first time I had an urge to look her up and found this obituary, even though it sadden me that I never got to see her again I am happy to know she is in a wonderful place where everyone is "A Friend"
It's been 2yrs but my condolences to her family, she was a wonderful Friend.
May she RIP,
Veronica Ochoa
