I worked in the mechanical department and helped rerail Gene's engines on several occasions. He was very good at moving the locomotive in an easy manner that made light work of the rerailing process. Always a smile when you would greet him. The railroad was blessed by his presence, his family was blessed by his love, and now The Lord blesses you for your understanding that he is now needed in Heaven.
