Anna Sue Grogins' Obituary
Anna Sue Grogins, 82, passed away on January 7, 2026, surrounded by love. She was born on January 15, 1943, inn Bentonville, AR, to Jack and Anna Lou Barnes. From a young age, Anna Sue was known for her gentle spirit, kindness, and love for learning-qualities that stayed with her throughout her life.
She married the love of her life, Roy Grogins on January 12, 1962. Together they built a beautiful life and raised three wonderful children-Royce, Dana, and Jodi-creating countless memories filled with love, laughter, and devotion to family.
Anna Sue found joy in the simple things: reading a good book, writing poems, sewing, and crocheting. She especially loved sharing her talents and wisdom with those who she cared for, always eager to teach, encourage, and support. Her warm smile and gentle presence brought comfort to everyone around her, and she had a special way of making people feel at home.
Anna Sue was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Royce. She is survived by her devoted husband, Roy: her children, Dana and Jodi: her brother Wayne: her grandchildren: and her great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved deeply.
Anna Sue, lovingly known as Mom and Mema, will be deeply missed. Through her absence leaves a profound ache, her love, kindness, and the lessons she shared will remain in us always.
The family will receive friends at Rader Funeral Home from 5 to 7 pm Friday, January 16, 2026.
