I knew Mr. Goettle indirectly through his daughter, Amanda, whom i taught in first grade at Spring Hill Primary, and before that through her mother, Elizabeth, who was my wonderful college Biology teacher at Kilgore College, and also through my daddy, Aden Carter, who met him as a faithful plumber, as well as my husband, Ken Wynn, who often called him when we needed help with plumbing issues. They all spoke so highly of him. My prayers and thoughts are with his beloved family as they will miss their dad and
grandfather.
