In the few years that I've known mr. Beck, I can truly say that he was a jolly good fellow. Not

I truly hate to learn of this news and always remember him teasing me and joking about my name! Such a caring and loving man to be around I can not imagine your loss. Not everyone has the insight to understand and act on the fact that if you're in the same boat together, you all need to row together for a common cause. A.D. got that. He also saw that for all of our economic, cultural and ethnic diversity, we generally have more in common than we do different.
He was solutions orientated. Rather than looking to place blame, he thrived on sharing his problem solving capabilities with the group even when a given problem was not his directly his responsibility to handle.
His fortitude and leadership abilities compelled him to involve himself in the effort to seek and maintain workplace dignity and fair compensation for himself and his fellow workers.
