ZACK E. WILLIAMS
Services for Zack E. Williams , 79, of Longview will be held 2 PM Wednesday, July 25th at Oakland Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Tom Roberson officiating. Burial will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Minden, Texas under the direction of Rader Funeral of Longview. Mr. Williams died Sunday afternoon at his residence.
He was born April 15, 1928 in Minden, Texas to James Harvey and Henrietta Evans Williams. Mr. Williams was a lifelong area resident and for 47 years was a real estate broker and developer. He was responsible for the development of many residential and commercial properties and the construction of hundreds of houses. Mr. Williams was a member of the Oakland Heights Baptist Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Eugenia of Longview; son and daughter-in-law, James and Barbara Williams of Longview; daughter and son-in-law, Vicky and Steve Deal of Longview; grandchildren, Bryan Williams and wife, Maranda, Aaron Williams, Matthew Deal, and Megan Deal; great grandchildren, Dekan and Christian; sisters, Ida Akin of Henderson and Katie Bohrer of West Virginia; brother, Harris Williams of Oklahoma.
The family will receive friends at Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Rd. Tuesday evening 6 to 8 PM.
Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
