Yvonne Peace's Obituary
Services for Yvonne Peace, 87, of Longview will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at the Radar Funeral Home in Longview with Tyler Sams officiating. Burial will be in the mausoleum at Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
Yvonne was born on July 10, 1929 in Center, Texas to Mertie Bell and Albert Jones. She died on December 4, 2016 in Longview. She married R. D. (Bully) Peace in October 1947. Yvonne was a member of the Judson Road Church of Christ in Longview. She enjoyed being a homemaker, oil painting with her friends and being around her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brothers- and sisters-in-law J. M. (Cudge) and Wanda Peace of Center, Lil and Jeff Hughes of Crosby, Texas, nieces Brenda Graham, Donna Wilson and nephews Jackie Hughes, Ronnie Wilson and Randall Peace.
Survived by daughters Carolyn Hearron (Wayne), of Longview; and Pam Ramsey (Ed), of White Oak; grandsons Justin Hearron (Jennifer), of Longview; Jeffrey Hearron (Shannon), of Diana, and Michael Hearron (Maria) of Japan; granddaughters Megan Ramsey of Plano, and Stephanie Ferrell of Austin; great granddaughters Addyson Hearron, Ava Hearron, Lexi Hearron, Makenzie Hearron, Kendall Hearron, Madison Ferrell, and Heather Hearron, and great grandsons Jacob Ferrell, Conner Hearron, and Adrian Hearron; brother-in-law R.E. (Monk) Peace and wife, Patsy of Center; Sister-in-Law Barbara Wilson and husband Carroll of Shelbyville and several nieces and one nephew.
Family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Tuesday, December 6, at Rader Funeral Home. The family also wants to thank all the staff of Clairmont Nursing Home for the tender care given to our mother, the nurses and aides of Legacy Hospice, and a special thanks to Ms. Bobbie at Clairmont. She was truly angel from God in her care giving to our mother.
