We grew up next door to Luther, Jimmie and Yvonne on Mt. Pleasant St. in Pittsburg. We had such good
times together. We would always end up at their house. Jimmie would go out of her way to make sure we had
fun.We kept in touch through the years. Your mother was such a very
special person. Childhood friends
have a bond that makes memories stay

Jimene, So sorry and sad to hear about your mom. I loved this lady dearly. What wonderful younger days we had and while you were growing up here in Mims. Your mom and I had many many wonderful times working in our little church. I shall never forget her, just wish we could have lived closer together. Would love to hear from you . Jimene and Brandon,

All my love and deepest sympathy to you both. Your mom was an amazing lady with a heart the size of Texas. We have missed you all so much over the years. I have especially missed the many Christmas Eves we spent at your house eating Gumbo and fruit cake and watching our parents get a little tipsy on the egg nog. I seem to remember us trying to sneak a sip or two on occasion. This is just one of the many fond memories I have of our times together. Your mom's presence will be forever etched in my heart.
