Yvonne Pauline Bell
Funeral services for Yvonne Pauline Bell, 76, of Longview will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, 2015 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview Brother Keith Rothra officiating. Burial will follow in Hallsville Cemetery. She passed away Monday, March 23, 2015, in Longview.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Bell was born September 20, 1938 in Pelly, TX to John “Ed” and Audy Taylor. She was a longtime resident of Longview where she was a member of the Judson Community Baptist Church. She was retired from Stemco Distribution Center and formerly worked for Skeeter Boat Manufacturing. While at Skeeter, she “built boats”. Mrs. Bell attended Kilgore College and was a member of the Red Hat Society and Beta Sigma Fi sorority.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward “Sonny” Bell; her parents; and her granddaughter, Jennifer Bell.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Diane Allen and husband Jimmy, David Bell and wife Debbie, Dennis Bell and wife Grace, all of Longview and Debbie West and husband Jeff, of Diana; and her sister, Bobby Jean Palas and husband Harry of California. 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Judson Community Baptist Church, Youth Fund, 572 Johnson Rd., Longview, TX 75605.
