Willie Bee Stookey's Obituary
Funeral services for Willie Bee Stookey, 69, of Longview, will be
2 PM Thursday in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Rd., with Reverend James Webber and Reverend David Webber officiating. Entombment will follow in Memory Park Cemetery Mausoleum. Mrs. Stookey died Tuesday, April 1, 2003 at a local medical center. Bee was born April 10, 1933 in Dry Prong, Louisiana to T. C. and Emmer Brister.
She worked as a foreman for Aamco Pittsburg Corporation and was a
member of the Little Flock Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Wednesday evening from 6-8 PM.
Mrs. Stookey is survived by her husband, Rolla K. Stookey of Longview; Children, Ronda Canci of Longview, Linda Dewhirst of Rochester, PA, Donna Cargill of Longview; grandchildren, Chad, Dustin, Dayton Cargill,
Melissa Simmons, Briar Dewhirst; great grandchildren, Parker Simmons, Preston Kirkland; brother and sister, Ira Dee Brister of Dry Prong, LA and
Geneva Smith of Kenner, LA.
The family asks that memorial donations be made to the American Lung Association.
