William Bill T. Hall, SR's Obituary
William Bill T. Hall, Sr., age 88, of Longview went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, November 16, 2012, surrounded by his loving wife and children.
Mr. Hall was born September 23, 1924 in Lewisville, Arkansas to Luther and Bertie Hall. After graduating from high school Bill moved to the Longview area where he met and later married his wife Frances Evelyn Hutto, from this loving marriage of 62 years they had three children.
Bill retired from ABF Motor Freight Systems after 45 years of service. He was a member and deacon of Calvary Baptist Church, Longview for 45 years. He was a devoted Christian, husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather who will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish Bill's memories are his loving wife of 62 years, Frances Hall, his three children Bill Hall and his wife Renee', Gary Hall, and Susan Bolton and her husband Larry all of Longview. Also 3 granddaughters Tammy Carr and her husband Stacy, Lauren Hall, Whitney Cox and her husband Anthony, 2 step-granddaughters Wendy Stewart and her husband Chris, Barbara Sipes, 9 great-grandchildren and two siblings, Mamie Chamberlain and James Hall.
He was preceded in passing by his parents, brother, Homer Hall and sister, Lula Murphy.
Funeral services will be at Calvary Baptist Church, Longview Tuesday, November 20, 2012 starting at 11am with the Reverend Richard Jones Officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow services at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Longview. Services are under the care of Rader Funeral Home, Longview.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Pine Tree Lodge Nursing Center and HeartsWay Hospice for the special care they provided Bill.
