Pete often played golf with my husband, Lynn, and Rev. Dr. Richard Hollingsworth. Many good games with wonderful fellowship were shared by them. Pete and I talked about Agriculture, a lot, as that was an interest we both shared. Lynn and I will miss his smiling face on Sundays at church. An outstanding man and a inspiration to all who knew him. Prayers to Barbara and the family.

Mr. Pete, I still say you're crazy for marrying into a wild family like ours, but you managed pretty darn well! I'm honored to be able to call you my grandfather. You once told me that the day you became a grandparent to all of us was one of the greatest days of your life, and I truly believe it. You were the epitome of love and generosity to everyone, family or otherwise. We'll miss you.
Lost a pretty stellar grandfather Tuesday. I'm sure it wasn't easy to marry into a family with twelve grandkids already, but he was such an amazing grandfather. I'm not sure anyone else in the world would attempt to golf with me like he did or let me hassle them as much as I did. Rest in Peace, Mr. Pete.

Pete was such a fine gentleman. His Alpine Presbyterian Church family will miss him so much. Mickey thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Pete and I know Mickey had some good golf memories playing with Pete on occasion. My prayers are with Barbara and the entire family.
