Carol, We are so sorry about Jerry. We did not know he was sick; nor, did we realize your mother is still living. It was so good to have visited with you recently. Please know we are praying for you and your family. I did not know Jerry and Thelma were brothers and sisters. We know and attend the same church--have known her a long time.

I just saw where Jerry has passed away. I am so sorry. I have so many good memories of our times together at Trinity. I wish I could have attended his service. I agree that he fought the good fight. My prayers are with the family.
I got to spend 15-20 years with Jerry at Texas Eastman as he would come to our building on different painting assignments with some lasting for weeks.The last time I saw him was at Sam's Club in Longview a couple of years ago and again enjoyed talking to him. I never saw Jerry that he was not consistently up beat and smiling. He was always very interesting to talk with. My thoughts are with his family at this time.
