William Andrew Martin's Obituary
William Andrew Martin age 96, a longtime Longview resident passed away June 6, 2014. He was born November 5, 1917 in Cotton Valley LA to William and Annie Martin. William proudly served our country during WWII in the US Army Air Corps. He was a member of Valley View Baptist Church in Longview.
Mr. Martin is survived by two sons, Alan Martin and his wife Gail and Melvyn Martin and his wife Pam, three grandchildren Gina Bihm and her husband Chris, Wade Martin and his wife Brea, Brad Green and his wife Wendy and numerous great-grandchildren.
Mr. Martin’s cherished wife Gladys Martin precedes him in passing.
There will be graveside services for Mr. Martin 11am Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Longview.
In lieu of flower donations may be made to the charity of choice in his honor.
Arrangements are under the care of Rader Funeral, Longview.
