William Julius Sack's Obituary
Services for William Julius Sack, 77 will be 10 AM Friday, February 24, 2006 at Fellowship Bible Church with Pastor Jim Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at 2:15 PM in the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Mr. Sack passed away Monday morning in a local hospital. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Thursday evening at the funeral home.
Mr. Sack was born on October 30, 1928 in Glen Head, NY to William and Josephine Sack. He proudly served his country in the Army during the Korean War. After the military, he sold insurance for Prudential for 28 years before moving to Longview in 1991 with his wife Edith. He was a member of Fellowship Bible Church and drove a school bus for Pine Tree High School for a number of years.
Bill is survived by his wife of 53 years, Edith; son William Paul Sack of Ft. Worth; sisters Dorothy O?Brien and Elsie Cameron; grandsons William Julius Sack, II, Frank Leander Sack, and Paul Andrew Sack.
