I had only known Mr. Lear for about three years, but he was one of the nicest men I had ever met. Always in a good mood, he was never too busy to ask me what was going on in MY life, and that was very special to me. Mr. Lear- what a gentleman. We drilled our first gas well on his place at Easton and met him early on in the process. I enjoyed time with him at his cabin and was blessed to have made his acquaintance. He toured my 11 year old son and I on 4 wheelers and, of course, gave us Sonic coupons - what a treat ! Later I found out that he was friends with my neighbors, the Hammonds, in Tyler. My sympathy to the whole family. We will all miss Mr. Lear.##imported-begin##David Nelson##imported-end##
