Agnes, I was so sadden to hear of Cleeve's passing. We spoke in Decemeber of the good times, visiting over the fence and sharing vegetables. Cleeve was alway good to Ray and Mom and Sarah. I thank God for neighbors as good as Cleeve. He will be missed. God sends us all for a job or task, then calls us home when the task is done. Our faith will keep us until we are able to unite again. I will be praying for comfort and peace in your life.##imported-begin##David McClellan##imported-end##
Agnes,
I am deeply saddened to hear of Cleve's passing, but am truly excited for him because I know he will be spending eternity in Heaven with Our Father.
He was one of the most sincere and wonderful people I have ever known. Everyone that knew him felt touched by his presence. I will never forget sitting on the porch at Aunt Sissy's house and chatting with you and Mr. Cleve in the afternoon.
Some of the other things I remember, is that when I was young and had a fascination with picking up acorns in the yard from the oak trees, I would always bring you guys my acorn bucket to show you how full it had gotten. Many, many times both of you, or whichever happened to be my next victim outside would comment on how good I was at picking up acorns. I remember your dog Snoopy. I would always talk to him from the back fence that you and Aunt Sissy shared. Many times I remember sticking my hand through the fence to pet him, and sometimes to have Mr. Cleve not too far away making sure I was ok.
These memories I will never forget, and they have truly touched my life. I consider all of the people in Aunt Sissy's neighborhood having played a very important part in my life, and I remember all of you.
God Bless you and keep you well.
Sincerely,
Dan Darden.##imported-begin##Dan Darden##imported-end##
