Wilber was a loyal friend to me for many years. He was a kind and gentle man and he is gone too soon. I am deeply saddened by his passing. May his family find comfort in knowing that so many others share their loss. Rest in Peace, Wilber.
Just a little insight into Wilber from my years of working with him. He liked books and we exchanged several, including several biographies, (John Adams, LBJ, Nicola Tesla) and he gave me two books that I keep on my shelf. One was a pocket version of the US Constitution and the other, a book about a dog named Bailey. He brought me the latter just a few days after the passing of my dear old golden retriever.
Wilber was a quiet person, but you can tell a lot about someone from the books they read and the gifts they give. His gifts to each of us will long be long remembered.
Wilber was such a great man. Quiet, meek and kind. I know you’re in a much better place but so many will miss you! Take care!
"Wilber, I already miss your daily visits...you would always ask "So how's it going?" We would talk about our yard therapy and gardening ideas for the next season. You were always so thoughtful and generous, loved your quirky jokes and your muffled giggle. I know you will be looking down on us, and your frequent reminder "Well, have you tried turning it off and on again," will never be forgotten. I will miss you and I am praying that your family will have peace in knowing what an impact you made on so many people. Until we meet again...….

Wilber, your presence will greatly be missed. He was a man with a gentle heart and kind soul. I will miss his everyday strolls up and down the hallways with his good mornings and good afternoons. May you rest in peace Wilber. My prayers go out to his lovely family.
Wilber...what can I say. He was one of the sweetest, kindest, gentlest persons I have ever had the pleasure to work with and call my friend. I will never forget his smile and willingness to help with anything. He never said no to any problem I ever presented to him. Wilber was and excellent IT man...he really knew his business. I admired him for that. Special Heath Resources will never be the same without his special presence. Soar with the angels, Wilber, and may you rest in peace sweet friend!
Mr. Wilbur will be greatly missed at Special Health Resources. He was always so kind to me when I needed help with IT and stopped to help as best he could. My thoughts and prayers to his family...Elvira Chairez
Wilbur's presence is all around me, in my office. He never hesitated to save me from battles with my computer, printer and telephone. Wilbur was always kind enough to laugh with me (not at me) when I called for help, in a panic. He really did have a great sense of humor! I admired his ability to maintain an easy going attitude in spite of the demands of his position, but that was just Wilbur, kind and easy going. I miss him already and I know that everyone here feels the same.
Please accept my sincere condolences and prayers for your family during this time of grief...and the days and weeks ahead.

Mr. Wilbur and his sweetness will be greatly missed by many here at Special Health Resources. He was a quiet spoken and gentle human being. He was kind to everyone and we had the most interesting conversations as he worked his infinite technological wizardry when I had a computer issue.
