Wesley D. Green's Obituary
Wesley D. Green age 84 went to be with the Lord on January 6, 2012. He was born October 15, 1927 in Sand Hill, TX to John and Daisey Green.
Wes retired from Texas Eastman after 34 years of service.
He was an active member of the Longview First Church of the Nazarene.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Wretha Green.
Four children, Debbie Green Stone, Mary Ann Green Thomas, Melanie Green Carroll and Tracey Green, eight grandchildren, Rachel McClain and Tyler Green, Michael and Lisa Stone, Brittany and Taylor Green, Ryan and Anna Thomas and four brothers Hubert, Lewis, Eddie and Freddie Green.
He is preceded in death by his son, Reverend Charles Green and his parents, John W. and Daisey Green.
Visitation will be held at Rader Funeral Home, Longview on Monday, January 9th from 5 to 8pm. Services will be held the next day, at the funeral home Tuesday, January 10th at 10am. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Longview. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the "Building Fund" at Longview First Church of the
Nazarene. Wesley touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed.
Arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home, Longview.
