Larry was one of the gifts of my world. When my life cratered in 1991, and we decided to stay in Longview, he was encouraging and supportive.
He always had a smile ond a warm greeting. I will sorely miss him.##imported-begin##Kenneth McCormick##imported-end##
Mr. Martin was such a nice man. He was so nice to my sister, Barbara Dunwoody, when she was ill. She passed away in March 2006 and his kindness will always be remembered. Nancy True and all employees of Northeast Texas Credit Bureau##imported-begin##Nancy True##imported-end##

Larry was my banker, advisor and counselor, and a true friend when it comes to his relationship with you. His smile with the ever-present twinkle can never be forgotten. He truly cared about his friends and customers....and you knew it. Longview will miss this very fine man.

In 1987, Larry loaned me the money to go into private practice. He became a trusted friend and advisor both in and out of the bank. Later, he became a golfing buddy at Pinecrest. I truly enjoyed his friendship through the years and will miss him. My prayers to his family.##imported-begin##Brad Steele##imported-end##
