February 23, 1937 – February 12, 2024
With heavy hearts we bid farewell to Vonnie Ann Graves, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Vonnie Ann Graves, born February 23, 1937 in Egypt, Arkansas to the late Jewell and Claude Howell, passed away Monday February 12, 2024 in Longview. She was 86 years of age. She was a member of Hallsville Church of Christ.
After high school Vonnie began a career at EC Barton & Company in St Louis, Mo. It was during this time she met the love of her life, Coke Graves. They married and had five girls.
She loved flowers and was the owner of English Florist in Hallsville for a time.
Memaw as her grandchildren called her was a force and never missed an opportunity to give some expert advice and spread some old time religion.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Coke Graves, her parents and two siters.
She is survived by her five girls, Lynn Bradshaw (Chris), Tracie Powers (Max), Terisa Primgaard (Jake), Brenda Elwood (Larry), Julie Langley (Les)
Eight grandkids, Tawny, Mason, Jessica, Chad, Jillian, Alex, Amber, and Caleb. Four great grandkids; Layna, Brayden, Wade Shelby.
Pallbearers will be Les Langley, Max Powers, Chris Bradshaw and Larry Elwood.
