I am saddened for the loss of the mother of my friend, Ann, but rejoice in the FACT that Virginia is with Jesus. I did not know her well but the times I met her, she was kind and caring. It seems like just yesterday I was going over to Virginia's "dollhouse" to get measured for my cheerleading tops, skirts, bibs and even bloomers. That was over 20 years ago, and I still remember her smile when I walked through the door. Virginia and "Dumpy" were two of the best "second mothers" to girls everywhere who ever wore a uniform! She fitted my daughter for cheerleading from elementary through Longview High School and the needed dresses for school plays. She made my poodle skirt as well! Virginia always had a smile on her face, a helping hand for anyone, her faith, church, and delighted in talking about her children and grandchildren. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.
