Virginia was the President of the ABWA and the President of the Lady Auxiliary Post 1183. She loved telling stories of her time in the Rainbow Girls and all the trips and adventures they went on in the “Olden Days”. She sold Mary Kay for many years which made her age like fine wine! Dad ALWAYS said she was the most beautiful woman in the world. Her hobbies were watching Hallmark Movies, mostly Christmas, General Hospital religiously, reading, and loving her kids, grandkids, great grandkids, and her grand fur babies Wilson and Ranger. She loved life and lived it to the fullest.
She is survived by her children, Shannon (John) Jones, Kerry Vick, and Kelly (Paul) Parrymore. Her 2 younger sisters, Jeanne Sue (Larry) Carr, Paulette Sprinkle, and sister-in-law Linda Vick Williams. Grandchildren Cory (Cassandra) Phillips, Krisjon (Lindsey) Phillips, Mackenzie Phillips, Morgan (Tyler) Meador, Kaytlin (Bradley) Lemond, Macie (Salvador) Parrymore-Juarez, and Brody Reynolds. 10 Great Grandchildren: Gracelynn, Zaden, Zander, Harper, Zeke, Maecyn, Lola, Drue, Callahan, and Zachary. The family would like to thank Dr. Yu, Dr. Meegada, Pritema, Naomi and Brandy of Christus Mother Frances Hospital of Longview for being so caring and sincere to the family during this most difficult time. They would also like to thank Dr. Kathleen Harris, Donna, and Ashley with DCOL for taking such great care of Virginia over the years.
In the eyes of her daughters, she was their Hero, Best Friend, and most AMAZING Mother ever. She was the true matriarch of the family!
