Virginia Ann Pitts' Obituary
Virginia Ann Gibson Pitts finally met her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 5th. 2022. She was born on April 18th, 1942 in Longview, Tx to Earl and Francis (Granny Fanny) Gibson. She was be¬loved by all friends and family alike having the sweetest dispo¬sition and caring heart.
She has joined those in Heaven who preceded her including her beloved husband, James Robert (Jimmy) Pitts, Brothers and sisters, Kenneth (Johnny) Gibson, Wendell Gibson, June Gibson Mickelboro, and other loved ones.
Family succeeding her in life include brother, Milton (Sonny) Gibson, sister, Linda Gibson Rogers, Son, Randall Pitts and children, Chelsi Pitts, Noah Pitts, and Bayli Pitts Botter, mother to Emme and Branson and Wife to Taylor Botter; and Son Steven Pitts married to Shanna Pitts, children Laney Pitts Baker, mother to Abigail, Kensington, and Teddy, wife to Glenn Baker, Katie Pitts, and Blaine Pitts.
She worked as an executive secretary at Letourneau University, Hayes Engineering and Maude Cobb before retirement to love on her grand and great grand children.
A Memorial to celebrate her life will be held at Mobberly Baptist Church - The Crossing, Monday May 9, 2022 at 10:30 am.
