Virginia Holcomb Doerge Fuller
Virginia Lee Holcomb Fuller, 55, of Longview was born March 23, 1953 in Rusk County and graduated from Henderson High School Class of 1971.
Virginia was employed by Haskins Trucking and Alignment of Longview. Throughout her years of dispatching and providing for "comp-pay" for many East Texas truck drivers, she made many friends and could tell lots of stories about the need for "comp-pay".
She was a Christian and was devoted to her family and friends. She especially loved her pets "Pugs", Jake, Bo, Duke and Miss Kitty. She will be greatly missed by all.
Virginia was preceded in death by her parents James and Jeanette Holcomb and by her little dog "Happy".
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Joe Fuller; son Joseph Fuller; and her in-laws Halley and Lena Fuller all of Longview; sisters, Suzanne Cariker and husband Bobby of Carthage and Becky Stone of Henderson; brother, Jimmy Holcomb and wife Vicki of Henderson; brothers-in-law Cole Fuller and wife Holly and Mac Fuller all of Longview; her nieces and nephews, Tami Grubbs, Bill Stone, Trey Holcomb, LeAnne Cariker, Zach Fuller, Ben and Maddie Fuller, Levi Gregg, Blake, Grant and Ty Grubbs, and Emily and Grace Stone.
Pallbearers will be Jim Hardwick, Brian Long, Bill Stone, Trey Holcomb, Danny Haskins, Travis Haskins and Ronnie Dillard.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home, Longview with Dr. Charles Barham and Dr. Gregg Zackary officiating. Burial will follow in Gum Springs Cemetery, Longview.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 2, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
